Our Story
Staring at the vacant shell of a beloved neighborhood burger joint, award-winning chef Kyler Roney felt the pangs of nostalgia.
A yearning for a simpler time: 100% beef patty smashed on the grill, beef tallow fries, and a thick custard shake to wash it all down. And so Provo Burger was born with one simple mission: make burgers great again.

And while our shakes are nothing fancy, they're fresh seasonal offerings in an old-fashioned custard base. You'll be surfing the lake, praying we haven't sold out yet.
